Some of the questions our clients have asked.

• Will you be around to support me after my website goes live?

  Absolutely! We’re always at the end of the phone or an email should you require help with your website’s maintenance, updates or even new artwork. Advice on what’s new on the web and improved programming options related to your site is also available.

• Will I be able to manage and edit my website after launch?

  We will always be on hand to help should you require but our main objective is to build and supply a fully functional and self operational website. The platforms we use are very user-friendly and, with a little training, can be easily operated/edited by even the most inexperienced computer users.

• How quick can you start my website?

  Project commencement is dependent on a number of factors. By speaking with our sales team and discussing your project in depth, they will be able to advise you on possible start dates together with approximate project durations.

• Will I be shown to use my Content Management System (CMS)?

  Upon completion of the project, we will spend time with our client to ensure they are fully competent when it comes to using their unique Content Management System. Most CMS systems are very easy to use and the concept can be grasped within 30 minutes of a telephone walk-through, but ideally we prefer to sit down with our Clients and show them.

• Will the cost of my website increase during the project?

  Generally, we work on a fixed cost that is agreed with our clients before any project work has begun. During project phase, the client may decide to make changes (either adding or taking away different functions/programs) which could in turn create extra costs. Such changes will be confirmed with clients before proceeding with any additional work.

• What packages do you offer?

  We offer various bespoke packages which can be tailored to suit your needs and requirements. Please give our sales team a call to discuss the options available.

• How long does it take to build a website?

  The length of the build depends on what the customer requires, but we aim to have the project finshed within 4-6 weeks

• Why is my site not being shown on the first page of Google?

  All of our websites are fully optimised (which will give you a better chance in enhancing your search engine rankings) but there are plenty of other steps needed when trying to improve your search engine positioning. Please speak to our specialist team regarding additional steps you can take to improve your websites rankings.

• Can we meet up to discuss my requirements?

  Yes of course we can meet. Once you’ve contacted and discussed your requirements with a member of the team we will arrange a meeting with yourself to discuss all options available to you and to answer any of your concerns.

• Am I involved in the build of my website?

  Here at Crack IT Solutions we want our clients to be involved in the whole process of the build. We believe that your input is vital and while we build your website you are part of the team.
